2018 Wisconsin Librarian of the Year
The Shirley M. Wright Memorial Library Director, Jessica Schoonover, was named Wisconsin's Librarian of the Year by the Wisconsin Library Association, WLA.
Solar Grants Winner
In 2022, the Library began the process of searching for grants and incentives to fund the installation of solar panels on the library's roof. In 2023, we electrified our panels having received over $83,000 in grants and incentives to fund this project.
