Join storyteller and yoga instructor Tracy Chipman for a morning gathering to settle into our bodies as we work to weed out worry.
Tracy will lead our children and their caregivers in a gentle and nurturing way as we explore the big topics of fear and the unknown in these curious and uncertain times. There will be stories, some simple movement and somatic practices from the Yoga Calm philosophy that are easy and accessible allies to help us bloom and feel well.
This program is perfect for kids 4-8 years old and their caregivers. Please bring a blanket or yoga mat. This program will be held outdoors and will sadly be postponed or cancelled in the event of rain.
